Based on the current trend for large, multi-storied, windowed edifices. In order to provided a lot of interior depth and light, this building kit pays homage to the wonderful galleria style buildings that are being erected in many places. The interiors are designed to have open office space and these large-windowed buildings were designed in order to ensure that every space would have enough light to minimize the use of electrical lighting.
This kit is constructed of 3 mm MDF that has been laser-cut and etched to make sure that you have a kit that will last for the lifetime of your layout. Many small details, some of which are optional, will accompany the kits so that you can best determine how it will fit on your layout. Multiple color options include:
Natural Beigestone
Grand Georgian Brick
Eastern Brownstone
Gotham Soot Black
Sandia Red Sandstone
There are also two sizing options--three-window and two-window depending on how wide your layout will accommodate.
These kits are fairly simple to build, but it would be good if you at least had some experience in model making. No painting is required, however if you wish to use your own stain, order natural Beigestone in order to accomplish this.
